MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT
01. Ecosystem Definitions
"V0ID Agent": Proprietary binary or injectable script operating at kernel level or user-space for telemetry.
"Auto-Fix": Autonomous mitigating action executed by the neural network without direct human intervention.
"Mirror Instance": Ephemeral staging environment created to validate AI predictions before production propagation.
02. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee a platform availability of 99.9% per month. In case of AI layer downtime exceeding 4 hours:
- Pro Plan: 5% monthly credit per hour of downtime.
- Enterprise Plan: 24/7/365 engineering support with 15-min response time.
*Excludes scheduled maintenance windows announced 48h in advance via console.
03. IP & Machine Learning Rights
The weights and architectures of global models are the exclusive property of V0idHub Technologies. User retains ownership of raw logs but grants an irrevocable license to V0ID to process this data to generate "Derived Insights" that improve autonomic healing efficiency.
04. Data Custody & Privacy
We operate under the principle of Data Minimization. Our processing servers are located in secure clusters with SOC2 Type II certification.
Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256-GCM at rest for all metadata.
Deletion
Account cancellation triggers the "Purge Protocol", removing data within 30 days.
Audit Log
Every AI action is recorded with an immutable timestamp for forensic auditing.
05. Billing & Subscription Lifecycle
5.1. Recurrence: Billing occurs on the day corresponding to the service start. Payment failures trigger "Read-Only" mode (Active monitoring, Auto-Fix suspended).
5.2. Chargebacks: Unjustified billing disputes will result in a permanent Hardware ID (HWID) ban of the origin server from our network.
5.3. Taxes: The checkout value is net. Withholding taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS) are the responsibility of the contractor per local jurisdiction.
06. Indemnification & Liability
MAXIMUM LIABILITY LIMITATION
In no event shall V0idHub be liable for damages exceeding the total amount paid by the User in the last 6 months. V0ID is a support tool; the final decision to keep "Auto-Fix" enabled in production environments is the sole responsibility of the SysAdmin designated by the contractor.
